Ingredients
1 16 oz. jar Goshen Pasta Sauce.
2 lbs. peeled and devained shrimp or 2 deboned chicken breasts
1/2 of one 14 oz. can Goshen Pineapple Chunks (drained of syrup)
1 tsp. Goshen Jerk Seasoning
2 tbs. Goshen Cold Press Coconut Oil (or oil of choice)
3 cloves garlic finely chopped.
Pre-Cooking
Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. If using shrimp leave whole. Season chicken or shrimp using 1 tsp. Goshen Jerk Seasoning. Allow to marinate for at least 10 mins.

Cooking
Heat oil in a medium size skillet or dutch pot and sauté garlic over a medium-high flame until golden brown. Add chicken or shrimp and stir occasionally for approximately five or two minutes respectively.
Add the full contents of the jar of pasta sauce and reduce to a medium flame. Cover and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes respectively or until sauce is at desired thickness Add pineapple and gently stir to incorporate then remove pan from heat.
Serving
Serve hot over pasta or steamed rice. Top with crumbled feta cheese or cheese of choice. Garnish with sprig of basil.
